Count Down to P Day! 4 Days to Go..

Hey y'all

So I decided to warm up with a few posts before the 'official' start on Friday. I'll basically dedicate these to sampling some of the prep I will be doing to OWN this challenge (i.e. purchasing necessary kitchen accessories; food shopping; writing epic poems dedicated to all the favourite foods I will be leaving behind).

  1. Good luck Pete, I will also start the challenge on Friday. After we talked last week, I decided to read the paleo solution. It had been sitting on my deask for more than a month. I like how the author Robb Wolf breaks everything down to a science at he beginning of the book. I will be able to compare my experience with yours during the next month. Wish you good luck!

  2. Good stuff guys. Check out Academy of Lions Nutrition Challenge on facebook for some advice and tips from people who have and are taking paleo challenges. It can offer a lot of help and ideas on things to eat. Robs book is great at explaining some details and also just cutting right to how to do it. The main thing I would suggest is to make this "try" a real "try." Do it for 30 days. Do it strict! Then if you don't like it or if its not for you, at least you really know the results. Have fun!
